“This morning has already been the worst morning ever; how worse can the day possibly get after all this?” I exclaimed with frustration. Oh, I truly wish I had never said that.

I am Leo. I have a train to catch up going to a city near my town. I really need to reach there on time; otherwise, my business will make a huge loss. I was already late, but that wasn’t enough. I had to burn my breakfast and spill hot coffee all over myself. Now I need to change my clothes also. See what I mean when I say that this is the worst morning. (I also ended up drinking 3 cups of coffee instead of 1, which I have started to feel wasn’t a good idea) I cleaned up the mess, changed my clothes, and immediately left for the railway station. As I was leaving, I got a call from an unknown number. As soon as I picked it up, I heard a woman’s distorted, lifeless sounding voice. In her slow and lifeless voice, the woman said, “Mr. Leo, do not board any trains today. The doors of any train you board will malfunction, and you will fall onto the tracks to your death at 09:53 AM sharp.” Soon after this, the call ended. As I was thinking about what had just happened, the cab driver informed me that we had arrived at the railway station. Thinking of that call as some prank, I ignored it.
